After successfully placing your order and making your payment, an automated notification will be emailed to you. In most cases, an order is fulfilled within 48 hours (Business Hours/Days). In any case of anticipated delay over this time frame, we will notify you, and explain why. When shipped, you will once again receive an email along with the tracking information. Funall Audio offers store-wide standard free shipping to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. A flat rate International shipping option is also available at checkout for orders going outside the U.S, Canada, and Mexico. Custom duties and fees at the border is entirely buyer’s responsibility to pay for. Failure to pay the said duties resulting in return of the item back to us will NOT qualify for a full refund to the buyer. Please contact us for details.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please make sure to notify us within 15 calendars days from the date you received your item. A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return shipping address will be supplied to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The item’s receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. When the return is approved, we will process the refund back to your credit card or original method of payment. Depends on your location and your card issuer’s policies, this time frame will vary. Please be patient, we will make sure your money goes back to you safely.
You will be responsible for paying for your item’s return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
